How do I restore a purchase?
Open the App Store app, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. If you still cannot restore, contact us at the email below with your Apple ID email and approximate purchase date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or visit the App Store subscriptions page, and cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals.
The app is not working as expected. What should I do?
First make sure you have the latest version installed. If the problem continues, email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Can I request a feature?
Yes, and we read everything. Email us — feature requests from people who actually pray with the app shape what we build next.
