How to turn prompts into a habit

Prompts solve the blank page, but a habit needs a rhythm. Pair one prompt with a fixed time — morning coffee, the commute, or the last ten minutes before sleep. Then review your entries once a week and mark anything God has answered.

If you would rather keep it on your phone, PrayMe holds your prayers, reflections, and answered prayers in one place, with guided routines for the days you want more structure.
