Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store subscriptions page, and cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals.

Open the App Store app, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. If that does not work, contact support with your Apple ID email and approximate purchase date.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your journal is personal and is not for sale. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is and is not collected.
